Guiding a Group
Have students create their own logo and group name (you might create one then they take those ideas and make their own)
Think about how does an agenda look like and create a template from setup, to clean up.
Have the students think about what the goal is for the group (maybe have the students create a personal statement)
Have an activities list so students can learn as a group and teach other students
Open your mind to development, participation, involvement and engagement
Learn how to Motivate Positive Behavioral Change
Learn how a group should run so they can make decisions
A seat at the table makes students feel important
Finally have a mindset and understand your organization's mission statement, values statement, learn your own values (purpose, meaning, direction, alignment, beliefs, attitudes, standards and you)
