Lilly is a senior this year at Live Oak and is serving as our Chapter President. Lilly has been involved in the Floral Judging CDE and has a true talent of assembling floral arrangements!
Serving as Vice President is Emily, a senior at Live Oak. Emily joined the FFA, and immediately found her passion through livestock and has raised goats as well as cattle. Emily also serves as Santa Clara Sectional Treasurer.
Another senior on the team, and serving as your Chapter Secretary is Ignacio. His SAE project includes raising pigs to show at county fairs, and can be found competing in Leadership Development Events in the area of Job Interview.
Parker is a senior here at Live Oak and is serving as our Chapter Treasurer. As a fourth year member, Parker has been involved in several different capacities ranging from showing livestock to competing in varios CDE teams.
Meet Addison, a junior and our Chapter Reporter. Addison truly enjoys making new friends while attending FFA activities and raising and caring for various different livestock species.
Jason is a junior this year and serving as your Chapter Sentinel. Jason's SAE includes minnow farming as well as participating in Leadership Development events, and enjoys cheering on the Dodgers.
A junior at Live Oak, Emma is serving this year as our Student Advisor. This is her third year as a member of the Morgan Hill FFA, and enjoys writing which aids in her ability to compete in public speaking competitions.
Michaela is a senior this year and is serving as your Public Relations Chair. This is her third year at Live Oak and loves working at a local floral shop and competes on our Floral Judging team!
This is Josh's third year in FFA and he is serving as your Leadership Committee Chair. Josh loves all things outdoors, camping, and Dr. Pepper!
Serving as Event Committee Chair is Junior Abby. Abby has a deep passion for livestock and all things FFA. Her SAE's include raising pigs and cattle for county fairs and competing in various LDE and CDE's.
Meet Ms. J, our chapter advisor. This is her 7th year at Live Oak, and teaches Floral 1, Advanced Floral, advises the Live Oak Floral Shop, coaches the Floral Judging Team, several speaking teams and so much more!
This is Ms. B's first year at Live Oak and teaches Ag Biology, Soil Chemistry, and Veterinary Science. This year, she will be coaching Job Interview, Creed/El Credo, Poultry Judging and more!
The Morgan Hill FFA Alumni meet the first Wednesday of every month in the LOHS Library at 6pm. All parents that attend this meeting will earn their student an extra FFA activity point that goes toward their total of 6 activity points per semester.
The Alumni Chapter plans events and fundraisers that support the Morgan Hill FFA Chapter and the members so that they have the opportunity to participate in various opportunities around the state and throughout the organization.
At our October General Meeting, members took the time to decorate pumpkins that were then taken to the kindergarten classes at Nordstrom Elementary. There, kindergarteners who were already learning about "community" had the chance to see what was available to them in the community. The students were very excited to learn about the National FFA Organization and to take home the cutest pumpkins!
Project Linus is a program that takes fleece and blanket donations and gives them to temporarily displaced children and youth. Morgan Hill FFA developed a deep fondness for this charity and is proud to provide the community this opportunity to donate to a project that affects so many in our area.
Grace Hill Church does so much for our community, and our officer team felt it necessary to help them out. At our November General Meeting, students brought in canned food that was taken to the food pantry and made available to those in need.
