Pricing Effective January 1, 2026
Applications will be accepted through the Eventeny website, and payment by credit card will be accepted. Please note that the fees listed below are the base booth pricing and do not include Eventeny transaction fee and credit card processing fees.
A link to our online registration form will become available when registration opens to the public. Registration will not be complete and will not be considered without payment in full.
Mililani High School holds multiple events annually and our booth map is subject to change year-to-year, so we do NOT reserve previously-occupied spaces for returning vendors. Therefore, vendors are able to indicate their preference but specific booth spaces are not guaranteed.
Booth map and assignments are subject to change for any reason at the discretion of Mililani High School and the MHS Athletics Foundation. See additional information regarding booth assignments in our Terms & Conditions.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
OUTDOOR/UNCOVERED SPACES (PARKING LOT AND ON-CAMPUS) - Tent required in addition to tables, chairs, etc. Please secure all tents with sandbags or weights (no stakes) to avoid tents flying away. You will be financially responsible for any damage your tent may cause to other vendors, shoppers, and/or property of Mililani High School.
ON-CAMPUS SPACES - These booths are not vehicle accessible and all equipment and inventory must be unloaded in the designated Vendor Loading Zone. Gas generators and cooking are NOT allowed in these booths. (Battery generators that do not emit fumes and noise are allowable.)
GENERATORS AND/OR COOKING are only allowed in specified locations. (Food service booths #F1-F14 and Food Trucks only.) Unauthorized gas generators, grills, or cooking appliances will be shut down and booth fees will not be refunded.
LANAI BOOTH SPACES - Semi-covered, under the building walkways. Just bring your racks/tables and chairs. All equipment and inventory must be unloaded in the designated Vendor Loading Zone. Gas generators and cooking are not allowed in these booths.

UNCOVERED PARKING LOT BOOTH SPACE (RETAIL)
(13-feet wide x 15-feet deep. #1-39) - $125.00
Location: Upper parking lot.
UNCOVERED ON-CAMPUS BOOTH SPACE (ON CONCRETE)
(12' x 12' MAX. #40-94) - $125.00
Location: On-campus.
UNCOVERED ON-CAMPUS BOOTH SPACE (ON GRASS)
(12' x 12' MAX. #G1-G24, #G83-G85. #G95-G101) - $125.00
Location: On-campus on GRASS. #G1-G24 booths are located on the B/C Lawn. #G85-G87 is located fronting the library and #G95-G101 are located near the cafeteria.
STANDARD LANAI BOOTH SPACE (approximately* 20-feet wide x 4-feet deep. #B1 - B29) - $125.00
* Some booth spaces may be slightly smaller.
Location: Semi-covered under the B & C Building walkways.
SQUARE LANAI BOOTH SPACE (10' x 10'. #B30 - B34) - $125.00
Location: Semi-covered located under the B-Building breezeway.
MINI LANAI "BENCH" SPACE (space for 6' table stationed in front of bench affixed to the wall. #B2a, B3a, B5a, B7a, B9a, B11a) - $75.00
Location: Semi-covered. Under building walkways. Bring your own 6' table. All inventory must be stored under your table or on the bench.
10' X 10' CAFETERIA BOOTH (10' x 10'. #C1 - C9) - $200.00 (NOVEMBER FAIRS ONLY)
Location: Inside the cafeteria. Air-conditioned indoor space measuring 10' x 10'. All inventory, equipment, displays, etc. must fit within the 10' x 10' space. Bring your own table, chairs, racks, etc.
CAFETERIA TABLE (6-feet x 30-inches. #C10 - C47) - $125.00 (NOVEMBER FAIRS ONLY)
Location: Inside the cafeteria. Air-conditioned indoor space. Half of a cafeteria table and attached bench seats. Bring your own tablecloth. Inventory must be stored UNDER your section of the table. Signage must not impede walk spaces behind or beside your table.
FOOD SERVICE/COOKING BOOTH SPACE (PARKING LOT)
(12-feet wide x 18-feet deep #F1 - F14) - $150.00

Location: Upper parking lot.
Cooking & generators are allowed in these spots.
FOOD TRUCKS (18' x 18' with tent no larger than 10' x 10' placed in front of service window) - $220.00

Food trucks will be staged in the upper parking lot along the fence line fronting Meheula Parkway. No "space" will be assigned as Food Trucks will be queued up in the order of arrival no later than 8:30 am. Cooking & generators are allowed in these spots.
XL FOOD TRUCKS (18' x 24' with tent no larger than 10' x 10' placed in front of service window) - $250.00
