Hello everyone! My name is Mrs. Laudadio and I am so very excited to be your child's first grade teacher this year. I hope that you had a wonderful and relaxing summer.  The upcoming year will be filled with fun projects and lots of growth. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming classroom where every student is inspired to learn.

The September Reading Logs were sent home earlier this month. Please remember to have your child read for 15 minutes each night. The name of the book must be written on the sheet, and you must sign your initials next to the minutes read.

Please have your children practice the sign of the cross. Many of them are doing it from right to left instead of left to right.

The September reading logs are due on Thursday, October 1st. If your child brings it in on that they, they will receive a prize from me. Since this is the due date, this is the only day that the student will be able to receive a prize. If it is not turned in on that day, I will gladly accept it, the student will just not recieve a prize. The one exception of this is if your student is absent on October 1st. Then, they must turn it in on the next day that they come back in order to receive their prize from me.
