To reset your password, please make sure you have followed the steps on the main page to set up your recovery information.
If you haven't previously set up your recovery information only a school administrator will be able to reset your password. Please talk to a teacher or a counselor to enter a helpdesk ticket on your behalf.
Navigate to Microsoft's Self-Service Password Recovery Page: Here
Answer the security questions you filled out previously, or send a message to your phone, depending on which method you setup in Section B in the previous page.
Enter a new password on the next page. This will sync and be your password within the district, and also your Chromebook/Gmail password.
