The second part of Social 7 focuses on Canada after the Confederation. Who was involved, who wasn't involved, and how did Canada spread to the West Coast? Students will then learn how Confederation happened and what pressures caused the government to spread Canada to the West. They will discover the benefits and consequences of these actions. Students will then learn how these moments in history lead to what Canada is today.
