Middle School Choir & General Music

6th grade choir is open to any 6th grade student!  6th grade choir meets on Thursdays during the school day.  This year, 6th grade choir will start during second semester.  Students are able (and encouraged) to do more than one music ensemble (band, choir, and orchestra)!  

7th grade choir is open to any 7th grade student.  We meet during 1st hour on Mondays, Wednesdays, and every other Friday.  7th grade choir has two big performances during the year in December and May, with the option to participate in the Solo/Ensemble Festival in February.  7th graders are able (and encouraged) to participate in more than one music ensemble (band, choir, and orchestra).  

8th grade choir is open to any 8th grade student.  Full 8th grade choir meets on Mondays, Wednesdays and every other Friday during 7th hour.  "Small Choir" (those not in band or orchestra) meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  8th grade choir has 3 big performances throughout the year (October, December, and May) with the option to participate in the Solo/Ensemble Festival in February.  Students are able (and encouraged) to be in more than one music ensemble (band, choir, and orchestra).
