Ms. Baber is the Youth Apprenticeship Coordinator and teaches Microsoft Essentials. She is also the head coach for Mount Horeb Middle School Track.

Before finding her passion in K-12 education, she worked as a Project Manager for a text book publisher, as a Credit Analyst for US Bank, as a Business Manager for American Girl, and as a Retail Manager for Duluth Trading Company.

Outside of school, Ms. Baber enjoys participating in triathlons, baking, quilting, golfing, bowling, and skiing. She loves spending time with her husband, two children, and dog.

Ms. Carroll teaches Business & Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Microsoft Essentials, and Sports & Entertainment Marketing. She is also the DECA Advisor.

Before changing careers to high school, Ms. Carroll worked in the banking industry, as a Volunteer Service Manager for the Girl Scouts, taught college Communication courses, and worked in marketing and recruitment in the Wisconsin Technical College System.

She loves spending time with her husband, three daughters and dog. She enjoys reading and spending time outdoors hiking and camping, particularly in the Rocky Mountains.

Mr. Cassidy teaches Accounting I & II, General Business, and Personal Finance. Prior to teaching, he worked as a Corporate Trainer for Allstate Insurance. Outside of school, he enjoys sports and spending time with his wife and two children.
