How do I send my high school transcript to colleges?
All transcript requests must be made through a students' Parchment account. Email or written requests are not accepted.
1. Login to your Parchment account
2. Select “Send a Transcript” (top right corner of the screen)
3. If you did not add your school name during the registration process (Maur Hill-Mount Academy), add the school name to your account. Once this is done, select “Send Transcript” under available actions. You can also view your Order History from this screen and review the transcript orders that you have submitted.
4. After selecting “Send Transcript” you will be taken to a screen where you can choose what type of institution, organization or individual will be receiving your transcript.
5. Enter the name of the school or organization in the search bar
6. Click on “Select” when you find the correct school you are searching for.
(note: Some schools will show multiple locations or accounts if they accept requests for multiple educational institutions such as a Graduate Program, Law School, Medical School, etc. Verify that you are selecting the appropriate school before proceeding).
7. Select if you are requesting a current transcript, or if you wish for your request to be held until the next grading period. If you have an application tracking number that needs to be sent with the transcript, enter that in the appropriate box.
8. To add additional schools to the same Transcript order, select “Add Another Item” and repeat steps 6 and 7 until all schools have been added to the request.
9. When all schools have been added to your request, select “Checkout” to either complete your request (current students only) or be directed to the payment page, if applicable (alumni)
10. After the request or the payment is received, your order will show up on your “Order History” page where you can view the status of your request.
Please allow at least 72 hours for processing. If you have questions about your Parchment request, please contact Whitney McGinnis, Academic Counselor, at wmcginnis@mh-ma.com
