Use The Stream for ONLY important information/ announcements. Students should visit the Classwork Tab for assignments.

Google Classroom can flood your inbox. Create a filter to never miss Private Comments. Use this same idea to skip your inbox, if you'd like.

Use Topics to organize work in Classroom. Without Topics, all work lives at the top of the Classwork Page and can be CONFUSING! Think about your learners and your class. What topics would make sense to use?

💡Don't delete items from your Google Classroom! Simply create a Topic called "Past Assignments". Drag old assignments to that topic.
