Livescan Application
Please visit a local Livescan vendor offering fingerprint services. Please be prepared to a service fee at the time of scan and bring along your completed Livescan application [Español].

Along with your completed Livescan application [Español], please also bring your completed volunteer application [Español].
What's next after the Livescan process?
The clearance process also requires a clear Tuberculosis screening within 60 days of your Livescan. Once complete, all of this must be provided to the MDUSD (district) office located next door to MGE. See more here.
