HS and MS Cross Country Reach New Heights

As cross country season came to a close last month, there were many things to be excited about! With the middle school team claiming state champs, and the high school armed with the largest team they’ve had in years, the season was definitely a successful one! But the success isn’t the only thing these runners find enjoyable about the sport. While interviewing high schoolers Rose Grau, Colin Moses, Sydney Moser, and Will Koether, I learned that the runners also enjoy getting to meet fellow runners from other schools, eating out after meets, and progressing not only alone, but also as a team. The Bulldog Report encourages all students to try their hand at running, whether by running tack, or XC! And as Rose Grau said, you will be “grateful for the memories and opportunities” that running will grant you!
