The Ngo family has owned Cafe Paris for the past 20 years and are proud supporters of the Metuchen community. Cafe Paris prides itself on getting to know its regulars well and welcoming in all customers. As in person dining has changed, they have continued to do all they can to support their customers and ease the ordering process. Owner Annie Khan is one of the nicest people that you will meet! She has owned Brewed Awakening for the past 19 years and is the first face you will see when you walk in. The coffee shop has a classic feel and the staff knows all regulars by name, usually with their favorite drink order already in hand. Annie prides herself on stepping away from regular flavors, instead serving Caramel Apple Butter, Eggnog, White Chocolate Amaretto, and Mint Chocolate.
