What is the FIP-EI?

The FIP-EI is a tool that is used to help a practitioner learn and master the key characteristics of evidence-based early intervention practices. The FIP-EI includes checklists describing three different areas of practice which are aligned to Guides 1-4 of the EQIP Innovation:

• Coaching Practices Checklist

• Natural Learning Environment Practices Checklist

• Resource-Based Practices Checklist (is used for coaching, but is not entered into the MIID system and is not used to determine fidelity)
