The CEM Checklist is intended to assist early childhood educators and coaches in determining what classroom engagement strategies are being implemented within a classroom and where additional training and supports are needed.

It is also intended to inform Program Implementation Teams about a classroom team's progress toward implementing the classroom engagement model with fidelity.
