Student Supplies

Each student is expected to come to class prepared. It is fundamental that you bring the following "tools" to assist you in your learning. If you have any questions about the following items, please let me know.

Google File for your Social Studies Notes*

This must be separate from other classes. You should be able to locate your notes in a timely fashion, so it is important to date and title your notes. Your history "notebook" will contain the bulk of information that is presented in class and you should be able to maintain your history work in an organized and neat fashion.

Additional materials:

You should develop a method for writing down homework assignments and upcoming tasks. This is a personal choice- some students like to utilize Google, or other electronic means, while others hand write it in a calendar/assignment book.

It is always helpful to have some extra paper and/or a notebook. For in person learning, you should also have a writing utensil, such as pens or pencils.

Although it is not mandatory, you can always bring markers/colored pencils, scissors, pencil sharpeners, etc to class.

Lastly, you should come to class ready to learn! Bring a positive attitude and be prepared to open your mind to new ideas and different perspectives.
