January 7, 2026:          Information session during Social Studies Classes: HS Coordinators present during 8th period

January 7 - 13, 2026:    8th grade teachers will submit recommendations in Power School & communicate those with students

January 8, 2026:            8th grade Parent Night at the High School LGI 6:00 - 7:30pm

January 9, 2026:            North Montco Technical Career Center Counselor visit to Arcola

January 14, 2026:         Students fill out cards in the cafeteria during science classes

January 16, 2026:         8th grade teachers finalize recommendations

January 16, 2026:         Student field trip for students interested in North Montco 

January 29, 2026:         Open House at North Montco: 5:00-7:00pm

HIGH SCHOOL SCHEDULING (Grades 9 - 11)

December  22, 2025:     ½ 9th and all of 10th grade hears presentation during English class

December 23, 2025:     ½ 9th and all of 11th grade hears presentation during English class

January 28, 2026          Parochial Day:  8:00-10:00am in HS LGI (snow date: February 4)

January 29, 2026:        Teachers finalize recommendations in PowerSchool for 9-11

February 2 - 8, 2026:    Window for students to complete the requests at home (9th + 10th grades)

February 9, 2026:          Parent signed paper course card due (history class assignment 9-10 grades)

February 2 - 10, 2026:  Counselors schedule 1:1 appointments with juniors for scheduling

February  11-12, 2026:  Make-ups in for 9th-11th,  1:1 for 11th graders

February 27, 2026:        Deadline for elective changes

June 17, 2026:               Deadline for Level Advancement/Course Request Waiver Form

June 17, 2026: Deadline for moving down a level/Schedule Change Request Form
