Reminders for Students:

Please bring these items with you to school each day:

-A backpack

-A packed lunch - or money to purchase lunch - lunch is $3.05 - please click on this link for more information about setting up a student cafeteria account:  Student Cafeteria Accounts  (**Please send lunch money to school in an envelope or baggie and include your child’s name and 6-digit school ID number**)

-A refillable water bottle labeled with your name

-Your green second grade folder from Mrs. Johnson - to be provided at school (Mrs. Johnson will let you know what days you need to bring in your homework)

-Fully charged Chromebook and Chromebook charger beginning Tuesday, 9/2/25 - **Please charge your Chromebook every night.**

-Depending on the season and weather - a jacket or sweatshirt

Breakfast is available at school every morning.  Breakfast is free for all students.

Classroom Supply Requests:

-Art smock – to be kept at school – an old adult t-shirt is suggested

-1 set of headphones labeled with your name (no earbuds, please) 

-6 black Expo dry erase markers

-1 pack of glue sticks

All other school supplies will be provided.

Reminders for Families:

*The school day begins at 8:55 a.m.  Children who arrive after 9:05 a.m. are marked as tardy.  Children who arrive after 9:05 a.m. must also be escorted to the office by an adult with a driver's license before they can report to our classroom.  Thanks for your understanding!

*Please let Mrs. Johnson know if your child has an early dismissal or a transportation change.  If your child will be a daily car rider, please let the office know and keep me informed, too.
