What you need to know!
Come to class “Ready to Learn”
Have your homework and/or nightlyreading done, your Chromebook charged, your Reader’s/Writer’s Notebook, something to write with, and your current IRP book.
Participate!!!
Be ready to share your thoughts and opinions while listening to those of others with an open mind.

Be respectful to your classmates, staff, Property, and yourself.
Books!
Students must have an independent reader with them at all times. Students are financially responsible for all books borrowed from the classroom. This includes assigned books and IRP books borrowed from the class library. (see Classroom Library Procedures) I have great affection for books and feel they should be treated with respect.
Agenda
Everybody has one, and ours will be postedeveryday! Upon entering the room read the day’s agenda and act accordingly.

Makeup work
It is the student’s responsibility to inquire about any work missed during an absence.
Late work
Late work will be accepted for some assignments. However, assignments will be docked 10% each day they are late. The maximum that a completed assignment will be docked is 50%. Assignments that are not turned in will receive a 0.
