Rules/Regulations

There are so many aspects to cheerleading and each divison has their own rules and regulations that we must follow. Being familiar with these is helpful as coaches, athletes, and parents. There are times when one of these is more strict than another. When that is the case, we will follow the most strict one as to cover all bases. Consistency is key!
