what to include

Listed below are the 4 dimensions of that fall under T-TESS Domain 4. Each dimension links to a page that gives ideas for what kind of evidence or artifacts you can provide for this topic. You may eventually want to create a section title of text (look at how "WHAT TO INCLUDE" looks like) for each dimension. This would give you, at minimum, one piece of evidence for each dimension.

The teacher meets district expectations for attendance, professional appearance, decorum, procedural, ethical, legal and statutory responsibilities.

The teacher reflects on his/her practice. (Your Blog page may suffice for this.)

The teacher enhances the professional community.

The teacher demonstrates leadership with students, colleagues, and community members in the school, district and community through effective communication and outreach.
