Welcome back, 5th graders! We are starting the new school year via distance learning. Miss Martinez and I are excited to see your bright faces on Google Meet! This website, along with our Google Classroom, will provide you with everything digital you'll need. Please explore the page tabs and click on icons to see what there is to offer. This classroom site will be continually updated, and you'll be adding to it, too! We look forward to the journey this school year brings and are happy to traverse it with you!

About Mrs. Bradford
I'm thrilled to be starting my 6th year here at Manzanita! I've spent most of my career teaching 5th grade, but I have also taught 4th, 8th, and taught English in South Korea. I lived in South Korea for a year and a half and loved it.
I love all things outdoors like, hiking, camping, gardening, and swimming in creeks. My favorite place in the world is Agate Beach at Patrick's Point State Park. I love collecting agates off the beach to add to my rock/mineral/crystal collection at home. Some may call me a "rock hound"! I also LOVE to sew. Joann Fabrics is my happy place!
About Miss Martinez
I’m currently a student at Chico State University. I’m very excited to start my second semester of student teaching at Manzanita Elementary School! This will be my first time teaching 5th grade and I’m really looking forward to this school year. I love being in the classroom and working with students.
I enjoy spending my free time with my family. I love going on hikes, bike rides and simply spending time outdoors. Lately I have started collecting books in order to offer my future students a variety of reading selections. I also love going to target and buying different things for my future classroom!
