Colorado public health agencies will implement the "PHRCA" statewide in 2018-2019. So, we've moved the assessment tool from Google Drive to Survey Monkey, and will create a Tableau dashboard that will be shared statewide. The data will give us baseline response capacity data for ALL public health agencies in Colorado.

We plan to modify this assessment prior to the 18-19 PHEP grant year. The current plan is to add a secondary question to each measure that captures "barriers" to response capacity. This is intended to allow for capture of information necessary for CPG reporting to the CDC in the PERFORMS Management Information System at the PHEP Function level.
