To apply, the student must be at least 3 yrs and 8 months with a maximum age of 4 years and 11 months (as of October 1st, 2026).
1. Fill in the online MEAS Application form below. Make sure to click "submit" at the bottom of the application.
2. You will receive an email from the school within five working days confirming receipt of the application. The email will contain your form code. You must bring this code to school when you submit the MEAS Registration Form and assessment fee. (see #3)
3. Print out the MEAS Registration Form (click this link. The form will be available on November 4th). Fill it in and submit it to the Accounting office, along with the assessment fees, on one of the dates listed below. A recent photo (with the full name of the student written on the back) must be attached to the form. The form will not be accepted without the student’s photo.
Accounting Office hours for submitting the Registration Form and assessment fee are Sunday–Wednesday, 9:00 am–1:00 pm.
4. All students applying will sit for an assessment test.
The exact date and time will be sent to you after you submit the Registration Form.
5. The following documents are required to be sent via email to meas-admissions@mes.edu.eg before your assessment date:
The student's birth certificate
Each parent's national ID (Front and Back)
Each parent's University degree
Students who pass the assessment will be contacted by phone to schedule a personal interview. Both parents and the student must attend the interview.

Students applying to K-2 will have an individual one-on-one assessment session. The exact date time will be sent to you after you submit the Registration Form.
Students applying to 3-10 will have English and Math assessment. The exact date time will be sent to you after you submit the Registration Form.
The duration of the English and Math tests:
Grades 3-6: 1 hour for each test
Grades 7 - 12: 2 hours for each test
* Students must bring their pens, pencils, and calculators. Calculators are only allowed on the grades 9-12 Math tests.

Test results are released 7-10 working days after the test date. Students who are not accepted will be notified via email. Students who pass the assessment will be contacted by the school to schedule a personal interview. Both parents must accompany the student to the interview.
Acceptance to MEAS is based on the assessment test scores, personal interview, and the number of available vacancies in that grade.
- You may only apply to ONE DIVISION (National, British, or American) per academic year. If you apply to more than one division, both applications will be automatically canceled.
