In 7th grade general music, students learn about many aspects of music theory, music history, careers in the music industry and music technology.

The mission of the Music program is to foster creativity, critical thinking and self-expression through music appreciation, creation and performance. We provide students with the finest aesthetic and academic music experiences through a myriad of engaging activities through best practices. We encourage students to appreciate music on a higher level of understanding and recognize how music beautifies the world around us and contributes to daily life.
