Installation of new curbs, sidewalks, and paving of the large parking lot are complete
Phase I roofing work is complete; Phase II roofing upgrades will begin in summer 2026
Updates to the gym HVAC system are complete
Restroom ADA accessibility upgrades are complete
Auditorium site assessment has been completed; work is scheduled to begin in June
MEMS Addition:
- Steel structure and metal decking installation are complete
- Second floor concrete slab placement is complete
- Masonry block wall installation at stairwells and elevator shaft is ongoing
- Temporary lighting has been installed
- HVAC work is underway
- Electrical panel back boxes and in-wall conduit installation is underway
- Fire alarm sprinkler system piping installation for the addition is underway
