The project was a school assignment where I was asked to redesign four book covers that will be packaged together as a limited edition set. These books authored by Daniel H. Pink contain advice about human behavior. The instructor provided the list of books to be redesigned. I recreated the front and back covers. The challenge I faced was to create a consistent visual language for the books. My strategy for overcoming this obstacle was to implement imagery that is eye-catching yet consistent. My approach to this was to explore using outlines of human heads that contain images relevant to each book. My redesign solution adds value to the books by leveraging a consistent image that provides uniformity while retaining a sense of uniqueness.
