Our Mission
Established in Fall of 2014
The establishment of this club will grant students the opportunity to aesthetically enrich their academic experiences here at Merrimack College by making lifelong friendships and furthering their athletic career post high school graduation. The talent and drive that Merrimack students have and continue to exhibit is demonstrated on the ice and in the classroom. The students will be able to communicate effectively with teammates, opponents, and coaches. Students will be given the opportunity to hold leadership positions that will help the team operate properly.

Further information about our team:
Our team competes at a high level in the ACHA Division II league. We form a strong bond on and off the ice while playing other competitive teams such as Boston College, Boston University, Northeastern, UVM and UNH. We also do our best to get as many scrimmages in, so everyone gets a chance to play in a game. Our club team environment allows our players to be able to balance playing competitive sports, while still being able to manage their school work and any other on campus involvement's they may have.
Practices are at Lawler Rink (on campus) Monday and Wednesday nights, usually starting around 9pm. Each weekend we typically have 1-2 games, occasionally we will have 3. Home games are right here, on campus. For our away games, we have Merrimack Van's available, which upperclass teammates drive, (there is a van certification class in order to drive).
