"The program offers challenging classes, encourages interdisciplinary approaches to learning, and provides opportunities for students to pursue independent study and research with individual faculty mentors. It can supplement academic degrees and majors in all departments and schools of the college."
As an office assistant, I am one of three who keep things running smoothly in the Honors Program here at Merrimack. We create flyers for events, plan events, operate the honors commons, and keep track of important information and data regarding each student within the Honors Program.

The Northview is the newsletter for the Honors Program. We send out an issue every month to honors students. The purpose of this newsletter is to cover events, post debates, and publish news for anything involving honors on campus. As a writer, I write one article per issue. I enjoy changing up which kind of article I write every month and love to be involved in journalism on campus.

I have been lucky and honored to achieve a spot on the President's List for all of my semesters here at Merrimack.
