Mercy is Growing Leadership Skills in ALL Students


Every Mercy Academy student participates in a Leadership Development and Social Emotional Learning program called Habitudes.

Habitudes utilizes the language of today’s generation to help students build the power skills that are necessary to succeed in school and in life.  Habitudes are images that will form leadership habits and attitudes in each of your daughters.   Habitudes will help each of them Grow as Leaders!


This curriculum is taught using house time as the platform.  We will call the Habitude weeks Sister Circle as students will be alongside their Mercy sisters for each lesson.  These lessons will be grade (class) specific so we can teach lessons that are age/grade appropriate.  Sister Circle will be approximately one per month, totaling 9 within the school year.
