College Visit Form

Juniors and Seniors may request an excused absence for the purpose of a college visit. Juniors are permitted one college visit and seniors are permitted two college visit days. The College Visit Form must be completed and signed by Mrs. Mundorf AT LEAST ONE WEEK prior to the intended visit. Click here for the form.
