HOW TO:
Take items from your home or back yard
Set them out in a series of obstacles
Be as creative as you want using all different kinds of materials
You can compete against yourself with a time challenge
You can challenge yourself to see how many times to can complete the course nonstop
or
You could challenge someone in your family

You are to select between 10 - 15 cards from your pack
HOW TO:
Use a pack of cards. If you don't have a pack of cards you can draw some of your own on paper or cardboard that you have at home.
Shuffle the cards
Turn the cards face down (so you can't see the picture)
One at a time turn over a card
You then need to do that activity
What ever the number is that is on the card is how many times you need to do that activity.
