Educational explanations of 5 wines (bottles are purchased separately by the host)
Wine pouring service throughout the experience
8 oz bottled water per guest
Tasting set up and breakdown
Signature stemware rental included for up to 48 guests
Wine tool demonstrations (aerator, decanter, etc.)
Custom tasting notes and pens

"Magical Mystery Pour" Experience
A fast-paced blind tasting experience for wine lovers who enjoy guessing, learning, and friendly competition. Guests explore wines without knowing what’s in their glass—until the reveal.

$1,000 (36+ guests, 2 facilitators are required)

"Pop & Pour" Interactive Wine Bar Tasting Experience
A laid-back, bar–style wine tasting with a dash of wine education — perfect for social gatherings, parties, and large celebrations where guests roam and mingle. Similar to a tasting room experience at a winery, but with focused care and attention to each and every guest!

Renting logo wine glasses for the "Magical Mystery Pour" and "Pop & Pour" experiences adds sophistication and is perfect for hosts who don't have enough wine glasses or would prefer not to use disposable drinkware.
$35 for 10 guests or fewer

Personalized Tasting Guide Add-On: $35
Elevate your "Pop & Pour" experience with personalized tasting guides customized for your event. Each guide includes wine tasting tips, a list of the featured wines, and a simple rating system to help guests keep track of their favorites. Printed on quality cardstock, these guides provide a memorable keepsake while adding an extra layer of wine education and engagement to your event.

Experiences include up to 2 hours of service time (facilitator is on site for up to 3 hours and 15 minutes, to include 45-minute setup and 30-min breakdown)
Service begins at the scheduled start time regardless of guest arrival times
Requests to delay the start time may be honored for $75 per 30 minutes

Travel Fees
Travel fees are calculated based on one-way distance from Chula Vista, CA 91915:
0–10 miles = $20
11-25 miles = $40
26-50 miles = $75
51+ miles = custom quote
Any event located more than 80 miles from Chula Vista, CA 91915 is considered a Destination Tasting. Because these events require extended travel and take up my full day, additional arrangements apply:
A destination event minimum of $750 (applies toward per-person costs)
$1.50 per mile (round trip)
Hotel accommodation: $225 flat rate (to be included in your invoice)
