Check your internet connection and try again. Asticus requires an active connection to generate mysteries and conduct interviews.
Suspect responses are generated by AI in real time. During peak hours, responses may take a few extra seconds.
Your progress is saved automatically to your account. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple or Google account you used originally.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If using Sign in with Apple, check that your Apple ID is in good standing. For Google Sign In, verify your Google account is accessible.
Delete my account
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at the address below with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days.
