The SDMF Library Plan is organized using the Future Ready Librarians gears below. Each page on this site is dedicated to a gear and our current state in that specific gear. After assessing our current state in all gears, we were able to identify areas of strength and areas to grow our libraries. All goals and action plans are included on the final page of the strategic plan.
