Power it all the way down by holding down the power button until the screen turns black. Wait a few seconds and power it back up and try logging in again. If you are still having issues, please contact the school and ask for Mrs. Brannan's ext: 23050. I can trouble shoot the problem with the Tech department and ask to have your password reset. If trying to reset your password is still not resolving the problem, please bring your Chromebook to the school and I will replace it with another one.

Hybrid Selection Questions
Q: Parent says they can only select for one kid
A: To give more targeted surveys, we sent them out by grade level. They would need to open the TK-K to submit for them. They would need to click on the grade 1-5, the parent needs to open the email for grade 1-5. The same holds true for grades 6-8.
Q: Parent wants to change their response:
A: Users can remove or delete their own response. Go to My Account, select Forms, then click trash icon to remove the completed form.
Once Deleted, they can submit the form again.
Q: If a parent is not getting the email, what do I do?
A1: Check to make sure they are a contact in Aeries and that they have not set notification preference to DO NOT CONTACT.
Aeries > Find Student > Contacts > Click Edit the contact and find notification preference. Change from DO NOT CONTACT. If the contact is not there, then add them and their information.
A2: Add them to parentsquare immediately.
ParentSquare > Admin > Parents
Search and find the student. If the parent does not exist in ParentSquare, then you can add them by clicking Add Parent in the upper right. If the parent is there, make sure their email/cell phone is correct.
Q: Once a parent is linked (for whatever reason it wasn't), will they automatically get an email from parent square? OR do we need to push something out to them to gain access?
A: No. They can go to parentsquare.com and use the email address that they have in Parentsquare. They click to register and it will send them an email to sign in and create a password.
