MATERIAL COMPOSITION:
Our products are made of 90% laterite soil (sand, silt, clay), and 10% cement grade 42.5R and water
PRODUCTION PROCESS:
The mixture of laterite soil, cement and water is hydraulically compressed to form a high quality interlocking brick.
Freshly produced bricks are stacked and cured for 7 days, no burning of materials is required.

Maintaining high product quality means so much to us! Our hydraform eco-friendly interlocking bricks compression strength reached 7.5 MPa @ 1:12 mix ratio by volume (1 bag of 42.5R cement : 6 wheelbarrows of laterite soil), in just 27days after production and curing. This exceeds the recommended minimal strength of hydraform bricks at the same mix ratio in 28days. We are determined to serve our clients the best products!
