MENEN INTERLOCK BRICKS is a registered green construction business founded in 2023 and certified by the Ministry of Works and Housing in Ghana for General Building and Civil Works. We use local materials (laterite sand) to produce high quality Hydraform Interlocking Bricks with exceptionally low carbon footprint and excellent thermal mass, which is suitable for providing sustainable/green and energy efficient buildings. Our eco-friendly product (hydraform interlock bricks) is ideal for constructing affordable housing and private residence, commercial, public or community building/infrastructure projects such as clinics, schools, museums, boundary walls, open summer houses, resettlement projects for displaced populations etc. Our goal is to produce and promote sustainable/green building products, materials and technology with exceptionally low carbon footprint in Ghana. We produced and sell all types and sizes of climate-smart hydraform interlocking bricks for General Building and Civil Works in Ghana.
Green Construction
We use our eco-friendly technologies and product (hydraform interlock bricks) to construct affordable private, commercial, public or community building projects such as clinics, schools, museums, boundary walls, open summer houses, resettlement projects (e.g., housing) for displaced populations, and advocating and promoting nature-based infrastructure provision.
Technical Advice
We provide technical advice regarding the production and use of sustainable/green building materials and method, and a nature-based approach to infrastructure provision that save cost, maximise benefits, and protect the environment while engaging in general building and civil works in Ghana.
Training and Skills Development
We train individuals and communities in sustainable building methods by equipping them with relevant knowledge, skills and competence to produce or use eco-friendly hydraform interlocking bricks, and to adopt nature-based approach to construct affordable sustainable buildings and protect the environment.

Pln. Dr Puorideme is a planning, social work and development professional, and an associate professor with over 20 years of experience. He has consulted for several local and international organisations in planning and implementing development programmes and projects and doing business advocacy aimed at creating enabling business environment for sustainable business, and the growth and development of private sector in growing economies such as Ghana. At MeNen Interlock Bricks, he leads a team of green construction/building enthusiasts and provides insights into climate change and nature-based infrastructure discourses aimed at promoting sustainable building materials and methods with exceptionally low carbon footprint for sustainable development.
