Homeschool Information

Please follow the following process if you are thinking about educating your child through home-schooling.

1. A letter must be sent to the superintendent indicating your intent to homeschool your child. This must be done every school year.

2. Following our acknowledgement of this letter, please access the Homeschool Regulations and the Individualized Home Instruction Plan (IHIP) listed below. The IHIP template is a guide for the information that you must provide to the school district in regards to the curriculum. The IHIP must include subject listings, subject descriptions, and a schedule of quarterly progress reports. Once these are received, a confirmation letter will be sent to you indicating approval or areas needing further definition.
