Students drew pictures of their favourite food in their sketchbooks. They showed value and texture by shading in pencil.
Diwali lanterns
to make these lanterns, We looked at Rangoli patterns and then made our own designs using glitter and ink. Students who celebrate Diwali shared how they enjoy this festival with family and friends.

Design a Dessert
Students worked in their sketchbooks to plan these delicious desserts. they thought about colour, texture and flavour. They then spent several lessons making their designs using card, pipe cleaners, feathers, beads and paint.
