Course for Parents of Secondary students

Parenting Teens can sometimes be a challenge.

Join us for 6 sessions which will provide the guidance and support you need to turn the challenges of raising a teenager into opportunities for growth. You’ll learn:

· Methods of respectful discipline

· Skills for clear, honest communication

· Concrete strategies to prevent risky behavior

· How to be an encouraging parent

· How to be a parent your teen wants to open up and talk to

Facilitated by Leslie, the counselor, and Cathy, an experienced teacher and parent

When: 1 pm to 3 pm every Tuesday. Jan. 29^th, Feb. 5^th, 12^th, 19^th 26^th, March 5^th

Where: Conference Room in Block A, MEF

How to register: Tell Selin you would like to join and pay her 40 TL for your book
