Cut your 30 tubes into 60 pieces
Begin gluing, taping, stapling, and/or stringing pieces to your base
Continue building while rotating your piece to create a sculpture that has asymmetrical balance
You can make more tubes to realize your ideas but you must use a minimum of 60 pieces.
