Preschool students receiving special education services will be provided with both preschool curriculum experiences and specially designed instruction as identified by the students individualized education plan. Our preschool team will be utilizing Google Classroom to share resources and instructional activities with families while we are implementing the Online 2.o structure.

In designing the online learning experience for our youngest learners, we utilized information from the Academy of Pediatrics and the National Association for the Education of Young Children to adhere to considerations for screen time with young children.

Preschool teachers will design online experiences that will be a combination of live sessions as well as recorded supports that children and families can view together. Teachers will provide parents with ideas on how to support their child's learning off the computer within experiences that honor how children learn best.

Our preschool staff will provide families with a Week At a Glance document at the beginning of each week to ensure families are familiar with the activities planned each day.
