To manage your releases more effectively, you can change the Type view dropdown on the AsiaNet dashboard to show:
All (All PRs your agency is involved in both as a Contributor and Distributor)
Contributions only (PRs your agency has contributed)
Distributions only (PRs your agency is involved in the Distribution)
Filtering to one of these options will change the PRs you see on the dashboard.
This is handy for users who are translators, you can change the Type to "Distributions only" to only see PRs needing distribution in your market.

Type in a keyword from the headline in the search.
You can also search by PR number if you are locating a specifc PR from an email alert.
To clear the search, remove the text you entered into the search bar.
Note: Keyword search can be used in conjuction with the PR Type dropdown, PR stages buckets and status filter. If your search returns zero results, it may be because another filter has been selected.

To allow for easy copying of releases, the AsiaNet platform allows you to duplicate a press release. This is particularly handy if your client would like the release sent to a new circuit and the original PR has already been submitted.
Draft releases and Sent releases can be duplicated.
To duplicate a release:
Locate the press release to be duplicated from the dashboard.
Select the icon that looks like two documents on the right-hand side.
Click the Duplicate confirmation on the pop-up.
The AsiaNet platform will create a copy of the PR and save it as a draft. All elements of the press release will be copied, so please ensure you edit or remove any circuits from the new PR that are no longer needed.
