Adding Users
Invite new users to collaborate on the AsiaNet platform.
New users can be invited through the platform by an existing user.
Note: Each user must have a unique email address and must have access to verify that email address.
There is no limit to the number of users an agency can have.
From the menu, click on your name then select 'My Account'.
Select the 'Users' tab and click the 'Add' button.
Enter the details in all fields. Set the status to Active. Only tick 'Admin User' if you want the new user to have admin rights (an admin user can update existing users and add new users).
Confirm the invitation by clicking 'Save'. AsiaNet will send an invitation email to the new user with a link to activate their login details.

Chat
Use the chat functionality 🗨️ on each PR to:
Collaborate directly with another agency associated with the PR in discussion
Send a message to All agencies associated with a PR
(Note: "All" on the chat indicates all agencies, not all chat messages)Ask questions to AsiaNet Operations
Attach a file to assist your communications
Chat replaces the Write Note functionality.
Note: chat messages will last 6 months in the AsiaNet platform.
Export
For ease of use, you can export the following from the AsiaNet platform:
English version as a Word document
English version as a text file
Translated versions as Word or text files
Image attachments
Clippings (as a contributor)
Press release summary from the dashboard
Translation version history
Compare versions of a translation with ease with the Version history functionality.
You will be able to see the current version of a translation and the previous version side by side for ease of reference.
This function is located within each PR with translation. Click on a translation on the left hand menu and if more than 1 translation for that language is available, you will see the 'Version history' link under the word count.
Price Inquiry
To conduct a Price Inquiry on the new AsiaNet platform:
Click 'Create Press Release'. You won't need to have the Press release content to get a quote. You will only need the Word Count.
Ensure that the Circuits the customer would like a quote for have been selected in the Circuits module.
Ensure that the Word Count has been entered in the Word count module.
Return to the press release builder page and click View Pricing.
This will generate a pop-up showing the price for a Contributor based on the Word count entered.
You can close the press release at this point and your release will be saved as a Draft.
