Jr. High Art

Tessellations:

Our first project of the 23-24 school year was studying M C Escher and his tessellations. We learned about his life story, his change in artistic styles, and how he created his masterpieces. 

We created a piece from cardstock and traced that piece all over our page. Then we created a picture or scene to go into that shape. That drawing was also repeated all over the page in all the shapes. Then we added color and details!
