Notice to employees:

Based on recent IRS guidance (Notice 2025-15) and changes from the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act, employers and coverage providers are no longer required to automatically send physical copies of Form 1095-B to employees for the 2025 tax year (reporting coverage for 2025, distributed in early 2026). 

Employees can request a copy of their 1095-B form by emailing msmith@meadville.k12.mo.us or call Mishelle at 660-938-4111 extension 2210.
