PDF (as previewed)
Word (allows you to edit)
Excel (allows you to change headings, add colums, etc)

Under your Class or Homeroom (ie: Science 6-2) --> Click "Send Communication" --> Choose "Parents"

Select "Semi-colon" --> and then "Copy Addresses"
Step #3
Paste these into your email in outlook. You can also save these emails for a future date!
If you have multiple classes, you can send these as separate emails or as one. Your choice! I'd recommend BBCing so the parents don't see each others' emails.
