How many jumping jacks can you do in 1 minute?
How many Burpees can you do in 30 seconds?
How long can you hold an elbow or pushup plank? Time it and log it.
Got a ball or even a pair of socks rolled? See how many times you can tap them in the air without hitting the ground. Challenge others to beat you! Log your best.
Go for a walk and see if you can get 10,000 steps in!
How many sit-ups 'can you do in 1 minute?
Got a ball and driveway? See how many times you can dribble right handed down and left handed back in 30 seconds. Don't forget to add it to your log. (Try several times and log your best.)
Grab a ball or anything you can throw and catch. Find a family member or friend and see how many times you can pass without dropping . Stay 6-10 feet apart min. Have fun!
