Close the Gap 2025 will continue to focus on instructional strategies to create a learning culture focused on removing barriers for ALL students. Learning strands will focus on creating instructional models prioritizing and connecting EXPLICIT INSTRUCTION, SUPPORTED PRACTICE, INDEPENDENT PRACTICE, and ASSESSMENT across our PLC teams, school, and district.
